PRIVACY STATEMENT

Please note that personal data is retained securely by WHSI in accordance with the GDPR, and for the sole purpose of administering the WHSI competition. WHSI will not share data with third parties.

Further to the registration details required to enable WHSI to administer the competition, schools need to upload their Teacher Questionnaire and 2 photographs. These must not contain images of pupils or other identifying information.

Schools may wish to share via the Teacher Questionnaire links to films or performances they have created as part of their project. The school must first have sought the necessary consents to comply with GDPR. WHSI will not share these materials with third parties.
